List of ingredients:
• 200 g of beef ground beef
• 1 eggplant
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sesame oil
• 20 g of greenery
• 1 egg
• 4 tablespoons flour
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil for frying
• a pinch of black ground pepper
• salt to taste
• pinch of dried garlic
1. Start with the filling. To do this, combine the minced meat, soy sauce, onion and parsley greens, pre-chopped, sesame oil, salt, pepper and garlic. Then carefully mix everything and beat off the stuffing.
2. Cut into circles eggplants. Then sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes to remove the bitterness. Then dry them with a towel.
3. For each eggplant circle, spread a little meat filling and cover with a second circle. Then you need to press down a little so that the filling is evenly distributed.
4. We combine one egg and one tablespoon of water. Using a fork, whisk until smooth. In a separate container we pour the flour.
5. Now dip each eggplant in the egg mixture, then wrap it in flour. And then put to fry in a heated frying pan with vegetable oil, on medium heat from both sides. Each side will take 5-7 minutes.
6. After that, lay the prepared eggplants on a paper towel. This we do in order to remove excess fat.
7. The prepared dish can be served both hot and cold.
