- 4 tbsp Woolwich Dairy Plain N Simple Spreadable Goat Cheese
- 4 pieces of whole wheat bread
- 2 ripe avocados, mashed
- salt and pepper, to taste
- thinly sliced strawberries
- halved cherry tomatoes
- boiled egg slices + Sriracha drizzle
- Toast bread until golden brown and crunchy.
- Spread mashed avocado evenly across pieces of toast.
- Top with 1 tbsp of Woolwich Dairy Plain N Simple Spreadable Goat Cheese per toast slice, swirling goat cheese into avocado mash.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
