Avocado and Goat cheese Toast

Healthy, hearty and delicious breakfast with smashed and seasoned avocado smeared on toast, topped with sliced tomato and goat cheese crumbles. Top with a fried egg, if you’d like!

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp Woolwich Dairy Plain N Simple Spreadable Goat Cheese
  • 4 pieces of whole wheat bread
  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Toppings

  • thinly sliced strawberries
  • halved cherry tomatoes
  • boiled egg slices + Sriracha drizzle

Cooking Process

  1. Toast bread until golden brown and crunchy.
  2. Spread mashed avocado evenly across pieces of toast.
  3. Top with 1 tbsp of Woolwich Dairy Plain N Simple Spreadable Goat Cheese per toast slice, swirling goat cheese into avocado mash.
  4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Mix up your avocado toast by adding fun toppings, if desired.
