Bruschetta with tuna and green sauce

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of baguette
  • 240g of tuna in olive oil
  • 1 boiled egg
  • parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of capers in vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1pc fresh chili peppers

Cooking process

  1. Remove the leaves of parsley from the stems. Finely cut together with capers and garlic and place in a cup. Add there the chili pepper (cut into rings) and the boiled egg (finely chopped). Pour a little oil into the cup from the tuna can and stir.

2. Fry the slices of bread on the grill or in a frying pan and pour the sauce over them. Lay around the pieces of tuna (pre-draining the oil from the can) and immediately serve on the table.
