  • cauliflower — 0,7 kg
  • vinegar — 200 ml
  • water — 1 l
  • garlic — 2 slices
  • salt — 24 gr
  • sugar — 300 gr
  • vegetable oil — 50 ml
  • seasoning for Korean carrots
  • greenery

Cooking process


  1. Prepare the cabbage. It must be washed and divided into inflorescences. Then put in a saucepan, pour water, bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare the marinade. Take the pan and pour sugar and salt into it, add water, vinegar and vegetable oil. Put it on the fire and bring it to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Separately, we pass garlic through press, chop the greens. With the cabbage, drain the water and put it in a large bowl. Add garlic and greens to it, then pour in brine.
  4. Remove the resulting cabbage in the refrigerator for 8 hours.
