- 1 Large Organic Rutabaga
- 2 Tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 Teaspoon of salt
- Olive oil spray
- Cut the rutabagas into fries size pieces. Rinse and drain the water off and dry with some paper towel.
- Add the cajun spice and salt. Rub well on fries and place 1/2 inch apart on a non stick baking sheet.
- Spray with olive oil. Bake in a 400 degree preheated oven for about 25 minutes, give and take. Enjoy with your favorite dip!
