- chicken fillet — 0.7 kg;
- onions — 1 item;
- egg — 9 items;
- cheese — 150 g;
- salt, pepper, spices (khmeli-suneli) to taste;
Begin to cook
- We grind the meat through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, spices and egg. Mix everything carefully.
