- 2 lb / 1 kg breast fillets, cut into strips
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp low fat Greek yoghurt
- 1½ tbsp dried oregano
- 2 cucumbers
- 2 cups low fat Greek yoghurt
- 2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- 3 cucumbers, diced
- ½ red spanish onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
- Flatbread wraps (4-6)
- 1 Mix marinade in bowl, combine with chicken in ziplock bag. Marinate for 2 — 24 hrs.
- 2 Spray non stick skillet with oil, cook chicken over high heat.
- 3 Mix tzatziki ingredients in bowl.
- 4 Combine salad ingredients in bowl.
- 5 To serve, place chicken and salad in center of pita bread, top with tzatziki and roll up tightly.
