• Kefir — 1 l
• Milk — 1 liter
1. We pour milk and kefir into enameled dishes. Boil over a slow fire the resulting mixture.
2. Cook it until the curd clot separates.
3. Then turn off the fire and leave to cool for 1-2 hours. Through the allotted time, we separate the cottage cheese from the whey and its ready to be served.
