Do you want to cook tasty and quickly prepared pickled mushrooms? Then this recipe will delight you for sure! For these tasty pickled mushrooms of fast cooking you will need minimum time as their preparation is too easy.
Even the beginner will be able to cope. Mushrooms are amazing, as they are very flavored and crispy. The next day you will enjoy their great taste.
What products to take
- 2 tbsp. olive oil;
- 1 liter of water;
- 1 tbsp. — sugar;
- 2 bay leaves;
- 1 tbsp. — salt;
- 6 grains — black peppercorns;
- 80 ml — 9% vinegar;
- to taste — marjoram.
Begin to cook
- Thoroughly wash the mushrooms, clean them and dry.
- Boil the water with salt. Cook the mushrooms not longer than five minutes.
- We throw everything back to the colander.
- Prepare the marinade, bring one liter of water to a boiling condition. Don’t forget to add marjoram, pepper, bay leaves, salt and sugar.
- Boil for 3 minutes, remove the pan from heat, add vinegar and vegetable oil.
- We arrange mushrooms into ceramic dishes (large ones can be cut into halves).
- We cut the pepper into cubes, lay them on mushrooms.
- Then chop the garlic and onions.
- Pour inside a hot marinade, cover the container with a lid.
- When the marinade cools, put the mushrooms into the fridge for one day.
