We really love to cook stuffed mushrooms. They are tasty, convenient, fast and incredibly simple for preparation at the same time.
Today we are going to use an unusual and very original recipe. Here is stuffed mushrooms in an amazing way. After all, we are wrapping our mushrooms in strips of bacon and fill it with delicious stuffing. They are incredibly delicious and appetizing!
What products to take
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 12 slices of finely chopped bacon:
- 5 cup — grated cheese;
- 12 large mushrooms;
- 0,5 glasses — sauce «Mushroom» or any other, according to your taste;
- 1 onions;
- 150 g — Philadelphia cheese;
- 4 tbsp. — butter;
- to taste — spices;
Begin to cook
- We warm up the oil in the frying pan, fry the finely chopped onions until they become soft, then add crushed garlic and fry until they become golden.
- Rinse the champignons and separate the legs.
- Mix the hard and cream cheese, season with spices and, if it is necessary with salt.
- To the cheese mass, add the fried onions with garlic.
- This filling should be filled tightly with hats.
- Pour with the sauce.
- Strips of bacon are used to wrap the hats, at the edges we have to fix everything with skewers or toothpicks.
- We put the future dish in the oven preheated up to 180 degrees and bake until the bacon is ready.
- Periodically pour everything with sauce.
