This method of cooking eggs is not quite familiar for many. But once you try it, you will want it again! Eggs in Scottish way, as it turned out, not quite eggs. This is a whole dish in which meat takes, almost, not the first place. Egg here goes for a makeweight, so that the product becomes as satisfying as possible. It’s better to cook such things for strong men and always hungry children. They charge with energy and well-tame appetite! I also want to offer you a delicious snack of quail eggs and tomatoes. This snack is perfect for children, as it is bright and beautiful, but can also be a part of any festive table. Tomatoes for this snack should be taken a small size, you can pick cherry, but you should immediately attach them to the eggs, so that they are ideally suited to each other, and in the finished form the mushrooms looked beautiful.
List of ingredients:
• 8 quail eggs;
• two tablespoons of flour;
• a few twigs of parsley;
• 200 grams of chicken fillet;
• 500 milliliters of vegetable oil;
• one fresh chicken egg;
• salt and black ground pepper — to taste;
• 100 grams of breadcrumbs.
• 10 quail eggs;
• 10 cherry tomatoes;
• lettuce leaves;
• one teaspoon of mayonnaise.
1. Chicken fillet cut into pieces, and then grind in a blender or let through a meat grinder along with parsley greens.
2. The resulting minced salt and pepper to taste, you can add your favorite spices.
3. Quail eggs pre-cook until ready: 4-5 minutes after boiling. Cool and clean the shell.
4. In a bowl, pour a little cold water: we need it to form a snack.
5. Take chicken mince with wet hands, make a cake from it (you can also ground it with water).
6. In the middle of the stuffing spread one quail egg and roll it into stuffing and make a ball. Put the received blanks on a plate.
7. Fresh chicken egg into the bowl, add a pinch of salt and whisk with a fork.
8. You will need two more bowls: with flour and breadcrumbs.
9. Obtained blanks enveloped in flour, then dipped into an egg and breaded in breadcrumbs.
10. Fry in a deep saucepan with hot vegetable oil without smell.
11. Add the meat balls into the oil, fry until ready, put on a paper towel.
12. Serve on skewers, having laid out on the dish, decorated with twigs of greens.
13. To prepare «Fly agarics», put the mayonnaise in a bag and cut off the tip.
14. The dish is decorated with washed and dried leaves of lettuce. All the excess liquid from the plate is wiped.
15. In clean cherry tomatoes we cut the stems, together with the third part of the whole fruit.
16. On the skewers put on the egg, on it — the tomato slice. Purify tomatoes from seeds and pulp is not necessary. Spread on lettuce leaves.
17. With the help of the package put small points from mayonnaise on tomatoes.
