Peanut Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small white cabbage
  • 1 onion
  • 4 carrots
  • 2 tart dessert apples
  • 50 g salted peanuts
  • 150 ml mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Cooking Process

  1. Core and finely shred the cabbage.
  2. Halve and thinly slice the onion.
  3. Peel and coarsely grate the carrots.
  4. Peel, core and coarsely grate the apples.
  5. Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well.
  6. Turn the coleslaw into a serving dish and serve.
