What products to take
- 2 eggs;
- 5-6 potatoes;
- 2 tbsp. — butter;
- 4 tbsp. — flour;
- 4 tbsp. — breadcrumbs;
- to taste — spices;
- for roasting — vegetable oil.
Begin to cook
- Boil the peeled potatoes until they are cooked.
- We mash everything to the consistency of homogeneous mashed potatoes.
- Separate the yolks and whites.
- To the mashed potatoes add yolks, spices, butter and salt. Mix everything carefully.
- We whisk the whites.
- We form balls from the potato mass.
- Initially we roll the balls off in flour, then in whites and at the end in breadcrumbs.
- Fry on a well-heated vegetable oil until they become golden brown.
