Refined salmon morsel

This is a recipe for an appetizer, which is offered in many world famous and expensive restaurants. It is quite simple to prepare, but it has an excellent taste. Serve it on a salted cracker or small toast. Sometimes it is just rolled into rolls.

List of ingredients

  • Salmon — 150 gr
  • curd cheese — 200 gr
  • lemon juice — 2 tbsp
  • crackers or toasts — 200 gr
  • fresh herbs — 50 gr
  • salt, pepper to taste

Cooking process

  1. Cut the greens finely.
  2. Take a bowl and spread on it curd cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Add the greens, lemon juice and mix.
  3. Slice the salmon thinly.
  4. Spread a small amount of curd mass on the cracker (toast), put a piece of salmon on its top.

Delicious appetizer is ready, you can serve it to table. Sometimes the cheese is put on salmon and rolled into rolls, sprinkled with sesame or red caviar on top. In any case, it turns out very tasty.
