Take Chinese cabbage, peas, broccoli and rice noodles with spicy dressing and as a result you get a wonderful quick dinner in Asian style. But this is not everything in fact, as we can’t but mention about the benefits of rice noodles with vegetables in wok for our organism. Be sure to taste it, and you will fall in love with this yummy thing!
List of required products:
- 150 g of Chinese cabbage;
- 100 g of green peas;
- 300 rice noodles;
- 1 cm ginger;
- 1 clove of garlic;
- 300 grams of broccoli;
- 4 eggs;
- 1 tsp. chili sauce;
- 1 tsp. sesame;
- 1 chili peppercorn;
- 4 tbsp. soy sauce;
- 2 tbsp. of sesame oil.
Begin to cook
- Boil the noodles according to the instructions. For filling, mix in a large bowl: grated ginger, crushed garlic, soy sauce and sesame oil.
- In the wok, heat oil, fry vegetables, move aside and break eggs.
- When the eggs become tight, break them with a shovel and mix with the vegetables. Add the chili sauce and sesame.
- Put the noodles in a colander, put them in a bowl with dressing, mix well.
- Put the noodles with vegetables and sprinkle with frozen chili. You can also decorate rice noodles with vegetables in wok with greens.
- Enjoy together with all your family or friends.
