Rice with vegetables and shrimps

Rice is considered to be a rather important product for our health. That is an explanation, why it is appreciated all around the planet. You can prepare it in many different ways.

Everything depends on your personal taste and preference, but today we are going to tell you about it cooked with shrimps.

List of required products:

  • 300 g of boiled rice;
  • 3 tbsp. of canned corn;
  • 250 g boiled shrimps;
  • 5 eggs;
  • 3 feathers of green onions;
  • small carrot;
  • 0.5 red Bulgarian paprika;
  • 0.5 yellow Bulgarian paprika;
  • pinch of curry powder;
  • vegetable oil, salt

Begin to cook


  1. Eggs have to be whisked and salt a little. The frying pan has to covered lightly with vegetable oil. Bake 5 egg pancakes (alternately).
  2. Chop the onion finely. Carrot and pepper are cut into cubes. In a frying pan heat the oil, stew carrots and pepper on it until they become soft. Put the vegetables into a bowl, add onions, shrimps and corn to them. Mix the mass thoroughly.
  3. Put the rice onto the frying pan, add the curry and warm it for a minute. Add the vegetables with shrimps to the rice and heat for 3 more minutes.
  4. Into each form put an egg pancake and rice with vegetables. Lightly press everything and turn over to the plates. Cut the pancake from above with a cross and bend the so called «petals». Serve the dish to a table with soy sauce in a separate bowl.
