List of required products:

  • 7 eggs;
  • 300 g of pork;
  • 300 gr of beef;
  • 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil;
  • half a teaspoon of nutmeg;
  • sunflower oil;

Begin to cook


  1. First of all, boil 6 eggs for no more than 5 minutes.
  2. We take meat and, using a meat grinder, grind it carefully. By the way, you can use a blender instead, if you like.
  3. We beat into it 1 egg, put some salt, basil and nutmeg. After that mix everything thoroughly.
  4. Now it is necessary to divide prepared mass for 6 identical parts. From each we form a flat cake and place the boiled egg into it.
  5. We heat the frying pan with oil and send there your zrazy. Fry from both sides until a ruddy crust appearance. The oil in the frying pan should be 1/3 of the height of the resulting zrazy.
