Very tasty aubergines in Abkhazian way

List of ingredients:

• 2 eggplants
• 80 gr walnuts
• 20 gr of parsley
• 20 gr coriander
• 60 gr of onion
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 5 gr hops-suneli
• salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons vegetable oil

Cooking process



1. First of all, clean the eggplants. Then cut them into longitudinal slices and leave for a while. Then rinse and squeeze well.
2. Preheat the frying pan with vegetable oil and send the prepared vegetable to fry. Then put them on paper towels to remove excess oil.
3. Grind the nuts in a convenient way for you, but try not to make them into flour.
4. Then cut finely onions and add to it greens, previously shredded. Then add garlic, pressed through the press. Pour in the vinegar and the rash of hops-suneli. Then all should be well mixed. The mass should be slightly smeared. If this consistency does not work out, then add some liquid.
5. Take one plate of eggplant and spread it on one half of the resulting mixture. Then close the second half. Continue the process until the ingredients run out with all the plates.
6. Then transfer them to the serving dish and leave for a while to brew.
7. Ready to be served. If desired, you can decorate with onion rings, greens and pomegranate seeds.
