List of ingredients:

• 700 g chicken fillet
• 25 grams of instant gelatin
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1.5 teaspoons paprika
• 1 teaspoon dried fennel
• 5 cloves of garlic
• black ground pepper to taste

Cooking process



1. Cut the meat into long strips. Then transfer it into a bowl. Then add the instant gelatin, dill, salt, paprika and garlic, passed through the press. Add pepper and mix well.
2. Take the sleeve for baking and place the prepared fillet there, lay the pieces on top of each other. Leave for 1 hour at room temperature. During this time, it is slightly marinated. Its ready to be baked.
3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for one hour.
4. After the required time, we take out the meat and let it cool slightly. Then untangle one edge of the sleeve. This we do in order to release excess air. We cover the meat with foil, folded in several layers. It should be delivered to it.
5. When the mold is completely cool, we send it to the refrigerator for 8 hours.
