List of required products
- 700 gr of flour;
- 200 ml of water;
- 1 egg;
- 100 gr of butter;
- 500 g of pork;
- 2-3 onions;
- sunflower oil;
- salt and pepper — to taste
Begin to cook
- First of all melt the butter. Then wait until it cools, and then combine it with the egg and whisk carefully.
- Sift flour, add salt and gradually pour boiling water. Mix well with a fork. We send the ready mixture to the mass with egg and butter.
- Knead the dough and let it stand for a while at room temperature, covered with a towel or food film.
- We prepare the forcemeat: onion and meat we should pass through a meat grinder, salt, pepper and mix well.
- The dough is divided into several pieces. From each one we roll out a flat cake. Using a saucer, give your dish a round shape.
- For one half of the flat cake we put stuffing and a small piece of butter. We close it with the second half and stick the edges.
- Into a frying pan pour a lot of vegetable oil and fry our chebureks on both sides.
