Spring has already come, but we haven’t got many sunny days yet. Let’s prepare delicious pastries that will fill the house with the sun, bring joy and perfect mood with its delightful taste! This sour cream cake is called «Sunny» and it is incredibly bright, appetizing and flavored.
The cake is prepared so simply that even beginners can easily cope with it easily. So, let’s get started!
What products to take
- 2 tbsp. — sugar;
- 6 eggs;
- 1 packet — vanilla sugar;
- 250 ml milk;
- 600 ml — fatty sour cream;
- 5 grams salt;
- 600 g flour;
- 5 tbsp. — vegetable refined oil;
- 15 g — yeast.
Begin to cook
- We take 2 eggs and whisk them with salt.
- Separately combine vegetable oil with milk, add half of sugar, mix carefully again.
- Then, in this mass, pour in the beaten eggs and whisk everything thoroughly.
- To the flour add the yeast. After that we begin there gradually some egg-milk mass.
- We knead the dough. It should be quite strong.
- We put everything in warm place for half an hour.
- Then roll it out, giving the dough the form of a circle with a large diameter.
- The form is covered with oil. After that we have to put the dough on the bottom and press it a bit.
- The odd edges have to be cut off.
- We whisk the remaining eggs and sugar.
- We pour sour cream into the eggs, add vanilla sugar and mix everything gently.
- We pour everything into the dough.
- The dough remains can be used for decorations.
- We put the cake into the oven preheated up to 190 degree.
- Bake until they are ready. As a rule, it takes about 40 minutes. The condition can be checked in accordance with filling. Mind that it should spring, but not fall down.
Now we should wait until the sour cake cools completely. And mind that it is rather difficult to wait, as it smells perfectly and tastes beautifully! Enjoy your meal!
