• one ripe banana;
• 100 grams of cottage cheese;
• one tablespoon of oatmeal;
• one tablespoon of natural honey;
• 150-200 milliliters of milk of any fat content.

Cooking process



1. Prepare a delicious and very useful home-made cottage cheese in a simple recipe from our website. This is much more profitable than buying a store product.
2. Put ripe bananas in pieces in a bowl of a blender or any other suitable dish.
3. Add to them home (or any store) cottage cheese, a tablespoon of natural honey (it can be replaced with granulated sugar) and one tablespoon of oatmeal.
