- chicken fillet — 1 kg
- egg — 3 pieces
- salt, pepper to taste
- bran or breadcrumbs (for breading)
Begin to cook
- Take chicken fillet and grind it in a blender. Add salt, pepper and mix.
- Roll balls from the resulting stuffing or make small cutlets.
- Whisk eggs in a separate bowl. Crumb future nuggets first in the egg, then in bran or breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Take a baking tray, cover it with parchment and smear it with butter/oil, so as your dish not to get burnt. Put the nuggets on the baking tray and set to bake for 30 minutes.
