What products to take
- chicken fillet — 500 g;
- banana leaves — 50 g;
- ginger — 1 teaspoon;
- garlic — 1 item;
- onions — 1 item;
- coconut milk — 80 ml;
- coriander — 1 teaspoon;
- lemon leaves and lemon grass — per 5 g of each;
- chili pepper — 1 item;
- vegetable oil — 30 ml;
- paste of chili — 10 g;
Begin to cook
- The fillet is cut, seasoned with half a paste of chili and coriander. After that it is necessary to wrap everything into banana leaves and leave to marinate.
- Brush garlic, onion and ginger on oil, add meat and fry everything carefully.
- Pour a little water inside and after its evaporation, lay the rest of the ingredients. They should be stewed for 20 minutes.
