- Lightly boil whole chicken in chicken stock and spices of your choice — Make sure there’s oil in the water to ensure chicken is moist.
- For the braai sprinkle Paprika over the chicken (be liberal).
- The key here is to regularly turn over the chicken on low coals. Baste occasionally with the stock you used to boil to ensure moisture.
- Sprinkle paprika here and there.
