- paprika — 1 tsp;
- salt — 1 tbsp;
- chicken — 1,5 kg;
- water — 1 glass;
- garlic — 8 cloves;
- khmeli-suneli — 1 tsp;
- coriander — 20 g;
- sweet pea — to taste.
Begin to cook
- Cut the chicken in the middle just between the ribs. We carefully cover it with salt and pepper on all sides.
- Heat the frying pan and put the chicken on it with the breast down. From above put a plate of smaller diameter and put something heavy on it. When one of the sides is fried a little, turn it over and fry the second one. We continue to stew for 40 minutes, periodically turning over.
