Fried milk

We present you the recipes of an unusual dessert. Milk in such a variation you’ve never tried. The dish turns crispy, juicy and divinely tasty.

List of ingredients

• Vegetable oil — 1 tbsp.
• Breadcrumbs — 250 grams
• Butter — 150 grams
• Cow milk — 0.5 liters
• Sugar — 150 grams
• Chicken Eggs — 3 pieces
• Wheat flour — 300 grams
• Half a lemon zest
• Cinnamon to taste

Cooking process



1. Melt the butter. Add to it 2/3 of the flour from the cooked amount and cook for 2 minutes. In the resulting mixture, add sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon. When the cream starts to boil, pour in the milk. Let’s cool down.
2. Proceed to the eggs. Separate protein from the hutch. Yolks pour into the cooled mixture and quickly mix.
3. Take a large plate, cover it with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
4. Spread the resulting mixture on a plate with an even layer, about 2 cm high. Let the dish cool and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
5. Beat the squirrels.
6. Heat the oil in a frying pan.
7. Take out a plate from the freezer and cut the resulting dish into squares. Then, each slice dipped in protein and crumble in flour, then in breadcrumbs.
8. Fry until golden brown. Spread on a paper towel, it will absorb the unnecessary fat. Delicious dessert is ready, serve with jam or something similar.
