Why should we harm a child’s health, if it is possible to cook a wonderful useful fruit home ice cream on yogurt at home?
For its preparation you can choose a variety of berries or fruits. It is the matter of a taste, so it is up to you to decide what to give preference to.
What products to take
- 200 ml — fat cream;
- 2 cups — fruit, berries (frozen or fresh);
- 1 lemon;
- 1 cup — natural yogurt;
- to taste — sugar (depending on the selected fruit in fact);
Begin to cook
- We wash fresh fruit, cut them into small pieces, frozen fruits should be unfrozen.
- We rub the zest from lemon. It is recommended to do this on a small grater.
- We put it in the blender cup.
- Pour cream with yogurt, add sugar and a little cinnamon to taste (as a rule one pinch is quite enough).
- Everything should be crushed thoroughly into a homogeneous, puree-like mass.
- After that we pour everything into the plastic container.
- We put in the freezer for three hours, during this time, the mass becomes hard in the middle and completely freezes on the sides.
- Whisk everything again with a blender.
- Put a container into the freezer again.
- We repeat these manipulations 2 more times.
- Finally, leave the ice cream in the freezer for 10-12 hours.
- Before serving leave it for 1 hour in the fridge.
