We present to your attention the recipe of natural delicacy — homemade marmalade. It’s easy and quick to cook. You can make it with different tastes. An excellent option for children. And most importantly, they are natural and harmless.
List of ingredients
• granulated sugar — 5-6 table spoons
• juice (transparent) — 250 ml
• gelatin — 30 gr
• lemon — half
1. Pour into the saucepan juice, squeeze half a lemon and rash gelatin. Mix everything well. Then leave for 20 minutes, so that the gelatin is swollen.
2. Warm and melt it and don’t boil.
3. Then throw the granulated sugar and stir until it dissolves. Remove from the plate.
4. Cool and pour into the forms.
5. If there are bubbles, you can get wet with a napkin. We do this so that our marmalade is transparent.
6. We send it to the refrigerator for freezing.
7. When they have already taken shape, you can get and put on a plate. Do it very carefully.
