- 300 ml whipping cream
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 50 g soft brown sugar
- 50 g muesli
- 50 g chopped walnuts
1. Whip the cream until it stands in soft peaks.
2. Fold in the yoghurt and carefully spoon into individual glass dishes.
3. Sprinkle generously with the sugar, muesli and walnuts.
4. Chill for about 2 hours.
