  • 100 ml of water;
  • 400 gr of wheat flour;
  • half a teaspoon of salt;

For filling

  • 200 g of black currant;
  • granulated sugar — to your own taste;

Begin to cook


  1. First of all, we knead an elastic dough from water, salt and flour. It should not stick to your hands.
  2. After that, it is divided into two equal parts. Roll each of them thinly and cut out circles of about 6 cm in diameter. This should be done carefully.
  3. In the middle of each we put berries, sprinkle with sugar and join the edges tightly.
  4. After that send the prepared vareniki to salted boiling water and cook until ready.
  5. After that, we arrange them on portions plates and sprinkle with sugar.
  6. You can also decorate your dish with mint leaves. They will give them more sophisticated appearance.
