Braised fish with tomatoes

List of required products:

  • fish fillets — 500-600 grams;
  • 4 tomatoes;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • garlic — 3 cloves;
  • ground black pepper;
  • vegetable oil;
  • greens

Begin to cook


  1. First you need to cut the onion. Onions need to be cut finely.
  2. You need to wash the carrots and clean it. Take a large grater and grate the carrots. Add the carrot to the onion.
  3. Take a frying pan and warm it with vegetable oil. Put the onions and carrots.
  4. Put tomatoes in boiling water to make it easier to peel. Tomatoes must be cut very finely and put them in a frying pan to the onions and carrots.
  5. Peel the garlic and cut it very finely. Add salt, pepper and chopped garlic in a frying pan and simmer it for 5 minutes.
  6. Take the fish fillets and cut into small pieces. Put the fish in the pan so that the fish will be under the vegetables. Cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for another 15 minutes.
  7. When the dish is ready, sprinkle fresh greens on top.
