  • 1-2 items — tomato;
  • 100 g — low-fat cheese;

Begin to cook


  1. Cut the fish into small pieces.
  2. Season to taste with ground pepper and salt.
  3. Leave to marinate at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes.
  4. Spread into a baking dish with a uniform layer.
  5. Cut the tomatoes in thin slices, put on top of fish.
  6. Pour the tomatoes with yogurt.
  7. The last layer should be made of finely grated cheese.
  8. Put the fish in preheated to 170 degrees oven for half an hour.
  9. You can serve this dish both hot and cold.
