Salad of pickled tuna with seaweed and sauce

There are dishes, which are considered to be rather special as to their taste and healthy for our body as well. This one is among them. You can prepare it quite easily without and troubles or difficulties. And by the way, the cooking process won’t take you much time.  

List of required products:

  • lettuce salad 60 g;
  • Tosaka algae 15 grams;
  • gumodari 50 g;
  • powder of parsley 3 g;
  • marinade 30 g;
  • lime juice 20g;
  • coriander 2 g.
  • soy sauce 5 g;
  • fish sauce 5 g;
  • cane sugar 4 g;
  • hot pepper sauce 15 g;
  • tuna fresh 100 g;

Begin to cook


  1. In order to prepare the marinade you need to mix the soy and fish sauce, dissolve cane sugar and add chopped cilantro. Squeeze out the lime juice.
  2. In order to cook the powder from parsley, dry the leaves in an oven and grind them in a coffee grinder.
  3. Seaweeds are soaked in cold water for at least 40 minutes.
  4. Let the lettuce salad mix with the Hamadari sauce. Put everything on the plate, on top of the marinated tuna slices. For decoration you can use tosako, spicy sauce of pepper and powdered parsley.
  5. In order to make a spicy sauce from pepper, you should mix baked red pepper, sambalelik and chili sauce in a blender. It is going to be rather tasty.
