Sea cocktail with soybean sprouts

You can prepare it both for festive or ordinary table. All the ingredients are available round the year in almost any part of the planet.

List of required products:

  • sea ​​cocktail 800 g;
  • soybean sprouts (or golden beans) — 300 g;
  • stalk of lemongrass — 1 item;
  • green onions — 1 bunch;
  • fresh ginger root — 2 cm;
  • garlic — 3 cloves;
  • vegetable oil — 2 tbsp;
  • oyster sauce — 4 tbsp.;
  • rice wine — 2 tbsp.;
  • dark sesame oil — 1 tbsp.;
  • red hot pepper;
  • salt.

Begin to cook


  1. Defrost the sea cocktail in the fridge in a colander, installed in a bowl.
  2. Lemongrass and green onions are very thinly sliced. Garlic and ginger are cleaned and ground. In a wok or a large frying pan heat the oil, put lemongrass, garlic and ginger, fry over a small fire for 1 min.
  3. Add sea cocktail, fry for 2 more minutes, stirring.
  4. Pour oyster sauce, sesame oil and wine, bring to a boil, pour sprouts and green onions, fry over high heat for 1 min. Serve immediately. And don’t forget to decorate your dish and your surrounding will be delighted.
