This fish turns out to be very delicate and deliciously tasty. The only things you have to do are to mind all the point we have proposed to you. They are not very difficult indeed, but you should forget nothing if you are going to appreciate everybody around.
List of required products:
- mackerel — 1 pc;
- salt — 5 tbsp;
- water — 1 liter;
- onion peel — 100 gr.
Begin to cook
- Initially soak onion husks in water for 5-10 minutes. Then put them on the fire and add the necessary amount of salt.
- We bring the onion water to a required boiling condition and put the fish into it. Cook for exactly 3 minutes! But in any case you should mind one important thing. — If the fish is too large, we should make small cuttings alone the spine bone. It will definitely make the taste much better.
- After that at last pull out the mackerel and serve it to the table. It maybe a separate dish or addition to any side one. It is up to you to decide and to choose. In any case you will like it.
