Fried fish without bones

We are going to introduce you a simple recipe of fish, which is rather available for everybody. In it we will give you one piece of advice, thanks to which you will get a tasty fish without any bones.

List of required products:

  • wheat flour (to bread fish)
  • salt — to your taste;
  • different fish with small bones;
  • bay leaf — to your eye;
  • onions — if you like.

Begin to cook


  1. We scale fish and remove all the insides. We wash it well and with the help of a knife we ​​make many cuts on each fish from two sides. They should be made as close to each other as it is possible.
  2. Then we peel the onion and cut it into half rings. Into the abdomen of each fish put a bay leaf and a little onions.
  3. Pour the flour into a bowl. Add a little salt and mix. We drop every fish in flour.
  4. We put a frying pan onto the fire and pour oil into it. When it is heated well, fry all the fish from each side.
  5. Spices added to the fish will give it a delicious taste and flavor. But the main thing is that thanks to a dense cutting, all the bones will be fried and you will not feel them at all.
  6. To such a fish you can cook a stunned puree with a secret ingredient.
