A wonderful «Pepperonata» with chicken

List of required products:

  • onion (medium size) — 2 pc.;
  • sweet peas — to your taste;
  • garlic — 4 cloves;
  • chicken fillet — 500 g;
  • greens — to your taste;
  • sweet pepper (medium size) — 2 pcs;
  • salt — to your taste;
  • wheat flour — 2 tablespoons;
  • tomatoes — 400 grams;
  • sunflower oil — for frying meat.

Begin to cook


  1. We begin our preparation process from the fillet. We wash it in clean water and cut into small squares. Salt and pepper the sliced ​​meat to your taste.
  2. We take a deep bowl and pour in it some wheat flour. We put the sliced ​​fillets in a bowl with flour. Mix everything carefully.
  3. We set a frying pan on the stove and pour some sunflower oil into it. We turn on the fire.
  4. As soon as the oil is heated well, put the pieces of chicken into the frying pan and fry them for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Then we are dealing with our meat. We clean it and cut it.
  6. Deal with the onions. Peel and cut into half rings.
  7. Now take the sweet paprika. We wash it well and cut it in the form of a thin straw.
  8. We fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan. Then add 5 minutes and continue to fry.
  9. Pour out the resulting mass of tomatoes to a mixture of chicken. Mix well and stew for 25 minutes.
