- beans — 500 g;
- carrots — 1 item;
- onion — 2 items;
- sweet paprika — 2 items;
- tomato paste — 3 tablespoons;

Begin to cook
- First of all, we wash the meat well, dry it and beat it off a bit. We rub with salt, spices, pressed garlic and fold into a tough roll. Using culinary thread, we tie it and fix it with wooden skewers.
- We take cast-iron dishes and cover them with oil. Then we place the prepared meat there. Add the bay leaf, fill everything with wine and a glass of water. We send it to the preheated oven for 1 hour. Occasionally, cover the meat with the reducing juice.
- Wash the beans and soak in cold water for several hours, preferably for the whole night. After that, cook it until the dish is ready and at the end of the process salt it.
- We cut paprika, carrots and onions into small slices. Then we send all the components to a heated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the prepared ingredients. Then add the tomato paste, cooked beans, salt, spices and greens. All the things should be cut. Also pour a glass of water and stew for a few minutes.
- After the required time, we take out our ready-made meat and cut it in neat slices.Then arrange them over the beans. Cover with foil and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- After the specified time we take out the prepared dish from the oven and decorate with previously cut greens.
