Chic chops in lush batter

Chops are one of the fastest and the tastiest ways of cooking meat.

In order not to get the tough or overdried products, it is necessary to prepare a proper batter. Try to make it according to this recipe.  Your partner will be delighted with this simple and delicious meal. You will spend less than 30 minutes for its cooking, and the pleasure will be extraordinary. Serve chops with absolutely any garnish and fresh vegetables (or a salad of them).

List of required products:

  • pork, beef or chicken fillet;
  • salt and granulated sugar — to taste.

For batter

  • 2 fresh chicken eggs;
  • 100 milliliters of milk;
  • 100 grams of wheat flour;
  • salt and granulated sugar — to taste.
  • vegetable oil for roasting.

Begin to cook


  1. Two fresh chicken eggs are beaten into any convenient dish. Add salt to taste (we have had half a teaspoon) and beat with the mixer in a lush foam.
  2. Then add sugar (we have had a teaspoon), continue to beat with a mixer and gradually pour the milk in.
  3. Whisk another 30 seconds, add sifted wheat flour.Continue to beat with a mixer, to make a lush batter with bubbles.
  4. Cut the meat into slices of one centimeter thick and beat off with a hammer, previously covered with a packet.You can use any meat: pork, beef or chicken fillet.
  5. Each steak is sprinkled with salt and black pepper, distributed with hands.Do not forget that the salt is in the batter either.
  6. Frying pan is set on the fire and heated. Don’t forget to pour sunflower refined oil on the bottom.
  7. Each piece of meat is dipped in a batter and put into a frying pan.
  8. Fry on medium heat, from both sides, until golden brown hint.
