Delicious «Fricasse» with chicken meat and mushrooms

List of required products:

  • butter — 1 tsp;
  • chili pepper — ¼ tsp;
  • cream (10 percent) — 200 g;
  • garlic — 1 slice;
  • chicken fillet meat — 250 gr;
  • mushroom seasoning — to your taste;
  • mushrooms — 200 g;
  • sweet peas — to your taste;
  • onion (medium size) — 1 item;
  • salt — to your taste;
  • sunflower oil — 30 gr;
  • wheat flour — 1 tbsp.

Begin to cook


  1. We take all the necessary ingredients on the table.
  2. We begin our preparation process from the fillet.We should wash, dry and cut it.
  3. Then we have to wash and to dry the meat.Cut it into small pieces.
  4. We set a frying pan on the stove and put into it two kinds of butter (sunflower and cream). As soon as the oil is well heated, we send pieces of meat to a frying pan and fry them on each side.
  5. We peel the onions and cut into half rings.Add it to the meat and continue to stew for 5 minutes. Then we add mushrooms to the meat and continue to stew.
  6. Pour salt, pepper, seasonings and wheat flour into the products (1 tablespoon). We mix well and continue to fry.
  7. Chili pepper and garlic are cleaned and thoroughly crushed. Add them to the frying pan. Pour into the resulting mixture some cream and bring to a boiling condition.
