List of required products:
- butter — 1 tsp;
- chili pepper — ¼ tsp;
- cream (10 percent) — 200 g;
- garlic — 1 slice;
- chicken fillet meat — 250 gr;
- mushroom seasoning — to your taste;
- mushrooms — 200 g;
- sweet peas — to your taste;
- onion (medium size) — 1 item;
- salt — to your taste;
- sunflower oil — 30 gr;
- wheat flour — 1 tbsp.
Begin to cook
- We take all the necessary ingredients on the table.
- We begin our preparation process from the fillet.We should wash, dry and cut it.
- Then we have to wash and to dry the meat.Cut it into small pieces.
- We set a frying pan on the stove and put into it two kinds of butter (sunflower and cream). As soon as the oil is well heated, we send pieces of meat to a frying pan and fry them on each side.
- We peel the onions and cut into half rings.Add it to the meat and continue to stew for 5 minutes. Then we add mushrooms to the meat and continue to stew.
- Pour salt, pepper, seasonings and wheat flour into the products (1 tablespoon). We mix well and continue to fry.
- Chili pepper and garlic are cleaned and thoroughly crushed. Add them to the frying pan. Pour into the resulting mixture some cream and bring to a boiling condition.
