We present you a dish of Yugoslav cuisine, which is rapidly gaining its popularity all around the world. It is represented with grilled home-made sausages. For the classic Chevapchits preparation meat is cut with a knife. It is better to serve this dish in pita bread together with onions, tomatoes and potatoes.

List of required products:
- meat — 1 kg;
- garlic — 3 cloves;
- onions — 2 items;
- soda — 1 tsp.;
- salt — 1 tbsp;
- pepper to taste;
Begin to cook
- Onions and garlic are cleaned and peeled. Then, garlic is passed through garlic presser, the onion is chopped.
- Meat is washed and cut into as small pieces as it is possible.
- Take a deep container and put into on it onions, garlic, salt, soda and meat. Stir everything well for not less than 10 minutes. Then we cover the container with a film and put it into the fridge for the night (or at least for 3 hours).
- We take out the minced meat and form sausages from it. The length of each should be about 8 cm. Fry them in a frying pan or barbecue until they are cooked.
