Marmalade Mustard Pork Surprise

Ingredients

(Quantities are in accordance with the amount of meat)

  • Coarse salt
  • Marmalade jam
  • Mustard
  • Lemon juice

Cooking Process

  1. Rub coarse salt on the pork and rub in some marmalade jam and mustard.
  2. On the side of the mix, marmalade jam, mustard, some oil and some green herbs for basting during the braai.
  3. Set pork on hot grill and baste with cooked marinade as it cooks.
