(Quantities are in accordance with the amount of meat)
- Coarse salt
- Marmalade jam
- Lemon juice
- Rub coarse salt on the pork and rub in some marmalade jam and mustard.
- On the side of the mix, marmalade jam, mustard, some oil and some green herbs for basting during the braai.
- Set pork on hot grill and baste with cooked marinade as it cooks.
