Meatballs in Asian style

Meatballs are usually appreciated both by children and by adults. You can prepare them for lunch or dinner, ordinary or festive tables. These ones are considered to be exotic as they are prepared in Asian style. Of course, you can make them not so spicy, if you like. But for this purpose, you shouldn’t take so much pepper into it!

List of required products:

  • hot red pepper — 1 item;
  • bunch of green onions;
  • vegetable oil — 4 tbsp;
  • soy sauce — 6 tbsp;
  • minced pork — 500 g;
  • garlic — 2 cloves;
  • juice and peel of 2 limes;
  • fresh ginger root — 2 cm;
  • honey — 1 tbsp.

Begin to cook


  1. For the sauce it is necessary to take pepper, ginger, garlic and onion. Chop them all. Mix half of ginger and hot pepper, 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce, lime juice, 1 tbsp. l. oil and 1 tbsp. l. boiled water.
  2. The remaining spicy pepper and ginger shall be ground in a blender together with onions, garlic, lime and 3 tbsp. l. soy sauce. Continuing to whisk, add minced meat.
  3. Roll 24 rounds from the meat mass and fry them in the preheated oil. You have to do it for 3 minutes and from each side. Put the meatballs on the dish and pour with the sauce.
  4. Do you want to decorate your dish? – Oh, no problems, in fact! Just use your favorite greenery for this purpose and enjoy your meal!
