Roasted beef with cepe mushrooms and spicy sauce

This meat dish will become one of your favorite ones. Flavored spicy with fantastic notes of fragrant herbs! This is a dish worthy of kings! It is represented by fried beef with cepe mushrooms in spicy sauce.

What products to take

  • 5 cups — meat broth;
  • 500 g — cepe mushrooms (fresh);
  • 6 tbsp. — butter;
  • 2 onions;
  • 800 g beef fillet;
  • 4-5 cloves — garlic;
  • 4 sprigs — thyme;
  • 1 bunch — mint;
  • 1 bunch — parsley;
  • to taste — ground black pepper;
  • salt.

Begin to cook


  1. We cut the cleaned cepe mushrooms into the plates.
  2. Grind the onions with garlic.
  3. Finely chop the greens, represented by parsley and mint.
  4. Butter (5 spoonfuls) is heated in a frying pan, first put there onion.
  5. As soon as it becomes transparent, we put garlic, mushrooms and greens. Stir everything carefully and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. We pour inside broth, season with pepper and salt.
  7. Stew on a small fire for 15 minutes.
  8. On the second frying pan stew the thyme in the remaining oil. 5 minutes will be enough.
  9. We cut meat into portions, season with pepper, put it into a frying pan with thyme.
  10. Fry for 3 minutes on each side, then put to a frying pan with mushrooms.
  11. Stir carefully, add salt if necessary, and cook for 20 minutes.
