  • 1 kg of meat;
  • 2 tablespoons honey;
  • half a lemon;
  • 1 tablespoon of sour cream;
  • khmeli suneli — to taste;
  • dill;
  • parsley;
  • coriander;
  • rosemary;
  • basil;
  • salt;
  • ground pepper.

Begin to cook
