We present to your attention the recipe of one of the most famous dishes, belonging mostly to Russian cuisine.
All in all there is a sufficient number of recipes for cold baked pork. We have prepared a classic one, which everyone will like for sure. The meat will be baked in the oven cooking bag. It can be served both hot and cold. It is a matter of a taste. Cold boiled pork is the best way to prepare pork in a big piece.
List of required products:
- pork — 800-900 gr;
- salt — 2-3 teaspoons;
- garlic — 2-3 cloves;
- bay leaf — 2 items;
- water — 1 liter.
Begin to cook
- First of all we should boil water. As soon as this process began we add salt, spices and bay leaf. After that mix everything thoroughly. Then remove from the dish from fire and make it cool.
- We put meat there. Using the film, cover it and send for 4-5 hours in the fridge. And ideally you have to leave it here for a whole night.
- After the required time, we take out meat and dry it. Then, salt and seasoned with spices again.
- After that, using a knife, we make cuttings and put inside those holes the cleared cloves of garlic.
- After that it is time to preheat the oven up to 190 degrees Celsius.
- We take the oven cooking bag and send our prepared meat there. Over put the bay leaf from the marinade. We stick the oven baking bag and make several cuttings in it.
- We put it into the oven for one hour.
- At the end of this time, we take cold boiled pork out, cut off the top of the oven cooking bag and send it back to the ruddy crust appearance.
