Winter is just such a time for cooking all sorts of pies or charlottes with apples. It’s tasty and useful at the same time. To make this baking even more useful, we suggest you to cook a delicious apple pie with cow berry.
The taste of this cake is stunning, as the combination of cranberries with apples is ideal. Believe us, but it will disappear away from the table in just a few minutes!
What products to take
- 5 cup — vegetable refined oil;
- 1 kg sweet and sour apples;
- 8 tbsp. — honey;
- 2 handfuls — cowberries;
- 300 g — dark bread;
- 1/2 cups of water;
- to taste — ground cinnamon.
Begin to cook
- We prepare apples, peel them, remove the core and cut into small pieces.
- We put everything into a saucepan with cranberries, you can add a couple of spoons of lemon juice, if you like.
- Pour inside some water and add half a necessary honey portion.
- We put everything on a moderate fire, boil, stirring constantly. As a result you have to have a thick mass.
- We take bread, we rub it on a grater (it is better to take dense bread).
- We put everything on a frying pan, dry a little, then pour inside some vegetable oil, add cinnamon together with the remaining honey.
- All should be stewed for 5 minutes, we have a mass that resembles a crumb.
- Cool, then arrange 2/3 of the serving into the mold.
- On the top we have to put the apple-cranberry stuffing, then the remaining bread crumbs.
- We send the future dish to bake into preheated up to 150 degrees oven for 40 minutes.
Delicious pie with apples is ready! Notice, we have cooked it without flour, so baking is not only useful, but also dietary as well.
