We present to your attention the recipe of a delicious salad of Uzbek cuisine. It turns out very tasty and refreshing. It is made from fresh vegetables with meat, cheese and eggs. Meat can be taken any. Salad is quite nutritious and suitable for many dish.
List of ingredients:
• 300 g of beef
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 fresh cucumbers
• 1 onion
• 1 clove of garlic
• 100 g of hard cheese
• 3 boiled eggs
• 1 bunch of greenery
• yogurt, mayonnaise or sour cream to taste
• salt and ground black pepper to taste
1. Pre-cook beef in salted water. The time will take about 1 hour. Brew it to the softness of meat. After that cool and cut into cubes.
2. Onions cut into half rings and pour boiling water. Then rinse with running water. In this way, we remove unnecessary bitterness.
3. Cooked eggs cut into cubes, and cucumbers and tomatoes in thin straws. Afterwards shift everything into a deep bowl, add onions and garlic, previously chopped.
4. Then add the meat and eggs to the vegetables prepared.
5. Using a grater, rub on a fine fraction of hard cheese. Grind the greens. All this is placed in a salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
