Celebration salad

This salad is called «Celebration» as it is usually made for celebrating various occasions. It’s cooked easily and goes with layers, which makes it look amazing and taste incredibly yummy.

Delicate flavor, appetizing it can garnish your table for any occasion. Make it for your family and guests and surprise them.

List of ingredients

  • Bacon – 300 gm
  • Eggs – 4
  • Cucumber
  • Canned pineapple – 580 ml
  • Canned corns — 400 gm
  • Green onion — optional
  • Mayo — optional

Cooking process


  1. Boil eggs, put them in cold water, take off the skin.
  2. Cut the bacon into rings, then into small pieces.
  3. Rinse the long cucumber. Cut off the ends. Slice them.
  4. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces.
  5. Drain the liquid from the canned pineapple and corns. Cut the pineapple into square pieces.
  6. Garnish a flat dish by red and green lettuce.
  7. Put the bacon as first layer.
  8. Squeeze the mayo. For that use a special plastic bag. In case you don’t have it – use usual plastic bag.
  9. Put pineapple, then frost mayo.
  10. Then add eggs, frost the mayo.
  11. Next, put the cucumber. Frost the mayo.
  12. For the last layer put the corns and decorate the surface the way you want.
  13. Serve it up – and enjoy.
